In the previous article was written about the importance of a good information system for business success. That is why today I bring you this article which case one of the simplest systems of organization, where its success is precisely due to the simplicity in its implementation.

I refer to the lists, the system capstone organization David Allen; the lists are only citations of topics, articles, things, events and more. However, these allow us to unlock and organize our minds in a very particular, and seeing all the things we do, buy, develop, and so on. Gives us the ability to decide quickly where to start, to be followed and where it ends, thus choosing the best possible strategy.

Personally I use the list system enough, due to its flexibility and because of my job that it gives me great freedom to perform my activities.

First what I do is to always have a notepad, calendar, book or whatever you call it. What I do then is to separate this scorer in clearly defined sections with dividers (type tabs) where I add in each one who uses the different lists.

What I do is to use two small notepads one I use at home and one I carry with me. Thus the private information as necessary or not you stay home, while necessary is always available.

The notebook that I carry is more of a simple spiral notebook where I write in the first section all my daily activities, the next they are for the coming weeks, in the section I have all the ideas for the bog articles and a last paragraph all the ideas and information comes to me and the later need it.

At the other scorer (who left at home) because the information there is say that “long term” and as confidentially use a regular size notebook, where I return to separate with tabs and in each of its parts add a kind of information, so the information is classified and separately.
